Refund policy
The short version: if a PullAtlas subscription is not working out, ask within 14 days of a charge and you will get a full refund.
Who handles payments
All PullAtlas purchases are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), our merchant of record and the seller of record for your subscription. The charge on your statement comes from Paddle, and refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.
The 14-day window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription charge. That applies to your first payment and to renewal payments alike, on both monthly and yearly plans. Outside that window we do not offer partial or prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends.
How to request a refund
Either route works. You can request a refund directly from Paddle using the receipt emailed to you after purchase or via paddle.net, Paddle’s buyer support site. Or email us at privacy@pullatlas.com with the email address on your account, and we will arrange the refund through Paddle for you. Refunds are normally back with you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Cancelling instead
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page inside PullAtlas. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, you keep full access until then, and nothing further is charged. Your projects remain yours either way: the Free plan and the export tools stay available after a cancellation.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law where you live, including UK and EU consumer cancellation rights and any remedy where a service is faulty or not as described. Those rights sit alongside this policy, as set out in our Terms of service.
