Track changes

A true suggesting mode, so a revision pass is a set of proposals, not a fait accompli. Pro

Track changes turns the editor into a suggesting surface: while it is on, what you type and delete is recorded as a proposed change rather than applied outright. It is a Pro feature, for solo chapters.

Suggesting mode

With track changes on, new text appears as an insertion and removed text is kept, struck through, as a deletion. Nothing is lost and nothing is final; the chapter carries your edits as suggestions until you decide on them. It is ideal for a revision pass you want to review before committing, or for edits you want to sleep on.

Reviewing changes

A panel gathers every pending change so you can move through them and accept or reject each one, or accept or reject them all at once. Accepting an insertion keeps the new text; rejecting a deletion restores what was there. This is the same review flow whether the edits are yours or came from an AI revision pass.

The clean view

Suggestions are useful while you work and noise when you want to read. Switch to the clean view to see the chapter as it would read with every pending change accepted, without committing to them. Exports and the Reader always show the clean, resolved prose.
